Sweepstakes Rules

Brickhouse Direct is administering the Canadian Tenors Catalog Giveaway Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Canadian Tenors Catalogue Giveaway Sweepstakes is open only to those over the age of 18 with access to the Internet for duration of the contest. All employees and associates of Brickhouse Direct, Universal Music, Canadian Tenors and their subsidiaries’ associates are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes is an acceptance of Brickhouse Direct's terms of service and sweepstakes rules. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. This sweepstakes is open residents of the U.S. and Canada only.
The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 am. EST on May 24, 2010 and ends at 5:00 pm EST on June 30, 2010 (the duration of the contest). Winners will be selected at random from the eligible submissions made during the period of the sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
Participants must electronically submit their entry at http://apps.facebook.com/cantencollection/, or http://www.brickhousedirect.com/artists/canadian_tenors/ecards/collection/index.php by completing the mandatory 4 fields of eligibility (first name, last name, email address and zip/postal code) before the expiration of the contest period. Participants may only enter one entry per email address.

SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS/ODDS:
The prize-winners will be randomly selected shortly after June 30, 2010. Winners will be announced via email within a month of the drawing. Prizes are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If the winner fails to respond to the notification email within 72 hours of it being sent, the applicant will be disqualified from the contest. In the event of a disqualification, another winner will be chosen at random.

PRIZES:
